Delete your data
You can delete your Spark Machine player data at any time, from inside the Game or by email.
Option 1: Delete from inside the Game
- Open Spark Machine.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete online data and confirm.
Your player ID, player name and scores are deleted right away.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Use this if you no longer have the Game installed, or can’t open it.
- Email privacy@adv.design with the subject “Spark Machine data deletion request”.
- Include your player ID (shown in the Game’s Settings) or your player name as it appears on the leaderboard.
We’ll confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous player ID
- Your player name
- Your scores and tournament results on all leaderboards
What is kept, and for how long
- Deletion request email: If you email us, we keep the email for up to 12 months as a record that we handled your request, then delete it.
- Game progress on your device: This isn’t stored by us. To delete it, uninstall the Game or clear its data in Android Settings › Apps › Spark Machine › Storage.
- Advertising data: This is held by our ad partners, not by us. To stop it being used for personalized ads, delete or reset your advertising ID in Android Settings › Google › Ads. To ask Unity to delete ad data, see Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
Spark Machine has no sign-up, so there is no email account or password to delete. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
